- Sociology applied to International Relationships (BA); Social Responsibility and Corporate Sustainability (MA).
- 12+ years of solid work experience assessing social risks, conducting bankable Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs), Environmental and social due diligence (ESDD), E&S long-term monitoring, and gap analyses in accordance with the Equator Principles and the IFC Performance Standards.
- Knowledgeable about mining; energy (solar, onshore wind, oil & gas); and infrastructure (power transmission lines, pipelines, roads, railways, ports, irrigation, sanitation) sectors in LAC.
- Highly skilled in developing right-sized mitigation and social compensation plans and implementing strategies for involuntary resettlement and livelihood restoration on behalf of numerous public and private large-scale project sponsors.
- Proven expertise on project consultation processes and stakeholder engagement strategies that were specifically designed for indigenous peoples and settler communities.
- Proficient in conducting data collection and socioeconomic research, as well as the extraction and evaluation of both quantitative and qualitative social data.
- Multilingual abilities (English, Portuguese, and Spanish).
